Happy Monday!
I did my weekly routine cleaning of my room yesterday & boy, do I have some serious organizing to do!
I bought an IKEA LATVIA bookshelf a few months back and it was only selling for SGD$29.90!
I love IKEA. IKEA’s really an awesome place to find functional, simple and inexpensive items where I get most of my furniture from.

I use my bookshelf to store my books, files, magazines, my cute bear collections that I can't bear for the life of me to throw away and my whatnots (my skin care bottles, jewelries, perfumes etc).
It had been way too "over-used". Looking at it, it seemed a little too crowded, messy and unorganized. And I just didn't like how it made me feel cluttered mentally overall.
My shelf is calling out for a makeover and more space!
Well, you know what they say, out of sight - out of mind thus more piece of mind!
I did my research and I was extremely inspired by these beautiful bookshelves that I couldnt wait to get my hands started on this project:

I'm really smitten how these inspiring bookshelves can be so pretty yet functional without the disorderly arrangement to it. I think it is really a great idea the way the books are arranged together with decor pieces.
What I really need is definitely the shelf to be less cluttered. So I decided to plan out what the shelf will turn out:
